The top-port design allows samples to be simply placed on top of the unit, making it easy to measure the reflectance of colors in fabrics.
Minolta's Park Dye Professional Color Communicator, a book that provides more than 1000 swatches of dyed fabric arranged in numerical color order, matches colors more effectively than traditional systems which use printed colors on paper. Additional capabilities include custom dyed standards, custom dyed color cards, and other specialty dyed samples.
