Textiler provides the textile industry with the link that makes digital inkjet printing a sensible reality, for sampling and short run production printing.

Benefits of Textiler include unequalled speed and productivity, by printing “repeats” on the fly to the printer waiting time is minimised. Colour fidelity is maximised using either ICC colour management or often more appropriately L*a*b* colour or HSV. In addition, precise positioning of repeat patterns is maintained with automatic pixel to pixel accurate stitching.

ITD’s expertise in screening and colour technology addresses all print quality aspects. Special screening patterns have been developed to minimise dither and the colour kitchen facility allows the user to change colourways and to pick the closest colour swatch match.

A major plus for designers who use PhotoShop, Corel Draw or Illustrator for designing their “pattern” comes with the Step and Repeat incorporated functionality. In addition, automated horizontal and vertical drops are also included. Textiler supports 24-bit, indexed or separated formats and common interchange file formats from traditional CAD packages.

Textiler drives all large format textile-printing devices including the EnCad Novajet, ColorSpan FabriJet and Mimaki TX 1600, drivers are also available for popular wide format Epson, HP and Mutoh printers.
